IN ORDER TO MAKE THE PLAYSTATION AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE, WE ASK YOU TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES AT ALL TIMES WHEN USING THE TRAMPOLINES

• PLEASE NOTE: All participants must complete a Waiver form before using the trampolines – this must be completed by a parent / guardian aged 18 or above

• Please limit yourself to 5 minutes on the trampoline

• ONLY under 13’s are allowed to use the trampolines
  ONLY ONE PERSON is permitted to use a trampoline at a time

• Socks MUST ALWAYS be worn – NO bare feet
  NO rough play, wrestling, tackling or shoving

• NO acrobatics are allowed whilst using the trampoline (including flips/somersaults). FOR SAFETY REASONS, DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY MOVE BEYOND YOUR OWN SKILL LEVEL

• If a team member feels that a child’s behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others or that a child is not being supervised to a suitable standard you may be asked to leave. Management also reserve the right to refuse entry on the trampoline

• Where possible, wear long sleeves and trousers to protect your arms and legs and to avoid any injuries

• NO food, drink or chewing gum is to be taken on to the trampolines

• Children MUST NOT run across the trampolines and MUST remain on the trampoline they are allocated to by a team member

• Personal items MUST BE left with parents/guardians; We CANNOT accept liability for theft, lost and damaged items

• DO NOT USE the trampoline if you are pregnant, feeling ill, using medication or if you suffer from any other previous injuries

• THE PLAY STATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THIS FACILITY DURING TRADING HOURS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AND COMPENSATION
