THE PLAYSTATION RULES

WE PROVIDE MEMBERS OF STAFF TO MONITOR THE EQUIPMENT AND ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO FIRST AID FACILITIES HOWEVER THEY DO NOT SUPERVISE CHILDREN USING THE FACILITIES. IN ORDER TO MAKE THE PLAYSTATION AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE, WE ASK YOU TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES:



  • Parents/guardians (over the age of 18) MUST supervise children using this play facility, ONLY children under the age of 13 may play in the frame.

  • While we welcome adults on the frames to supervise, adults are NOT permitted on the slides or in the ball pools. It is always the responsibility of parents/guardians to watch the children under their care.

  • It is NOT supervised. Please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up.

  • In the interest of Health and Safety, please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Report any spillages to a member of staff.

  • Adults and Children MUST remove their shoes before entering the play frames; these can be put on the shoe rack provided.

  • ONLY food and drinks purchased at The PlayStation may be consumed on the premises. Food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum MUST NOT be taken into the soft play.

  • Personal items MUST be left with parents/guardians; we CANNOT accept liability for theft, lost and damaged items.

  • Children who are unwell are advised not to use these facilities.

  • Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the premises; this includes vapes & e-cigs.

  • It is FORBIDDEN to climb the netted walls or the frame. Balls or other objects MUST NOT be thrown. Children MUST NOT climb up the slide and MUST NOT be seated on parents’ lap to slide down; they MUST NOT also jump off of slide exits.

  • Where possible, we ADVISE children playing on the frames to wear long sleeves and trousers to protect arms and legs and to prevent any injuries.

  • If a team member feels that a child’s behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others or that a child is not being supervised to a suitable standard you may be asked to leave.

  • For hygiene reasons both adults and children MUST ALWAYS wear socks in the soft play, these can also be purchased at the reception.

  • We CANNOT accept liability for any injuries or damage which may occur to adults, children or clothing whilst using our facilities.

  • Please be mindful if taking photographs and videos, photos and videos should only be of the children part of your group.

  • The Play Station reserves the right to restrict any play session to 2 hours. Management also reserve the right to refuse entry.

  • The Play Station also reserves the right to close any area or ride during trading hours without any notice and compensation.

Parents/Guardians must note the individual safety signs around the play area, please make sure all children adhere to these rules. These are for your child’s safety – The PlayStation does not accept any responsibility for any breach of these rules.
BY PAYING OUR ENTRANCE FEE PARENTS/GUARDIANS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD OUR RULES OF PLAY IN FULL.

We CANNOT therefore accept responsibility and ARE NOT liable for any injuries or damage to children, adults or clothing whilst using our facilities.
